Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier – for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ₱500 bonus means you must wager a total of ₱10,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. All bets placed on 86ph are binding once confirmed. For sports betting, minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed on each betting market before you place your wager. 86ph reserves the right to void bets in the event of an obvious pricing error, a corrupted data feed, or where the result of an event is already known at the time the bet was placed.

• Casino game results are determined by certified RNG systems and are final once the round or spin is completed

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 86ph. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification

• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform for financial gain
• Engaging in collusion with other players in poker, card games, or any competitive format
• Using the 86ph platform to launder money or process funds of illegitimate origin

• Attempting to access or interfere with the technical infrastructure or source code of 86ph

86ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases where these Terms are violated or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

If your account is suspended pending an investigation, your funds will remain in the account balance and will not be accessible during the investigation period. Upon conclusion of the investigation, if no violation is confirmed, your account will be reinstated and your funds made available. If a violation is confirmed, 86ph reserves the right to forfeit some or all funds in the account depending on the nature of the violation.

You may close your 86ph account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance after deducting pending wagering requirements will be processed to your verified payment method within five business days.
